Afropolitan Chef Cookbook- African Inspired Meals About the Book The Afropolitan Chef cookbook will have over 60 savory recipes in time for Thanksgiving 2014. The recipes are a fusion of meals I have learned over the years, influenced by West Africa, and includes something not usually shared in African fusion meals: A Calorie Count. Yes, delicious, exotic and still healthy! I have also done my best to include ingredients that you can get at any local grocery store. I have already written most of the recipes and shot the photos to go in the cookbook. In order to have foodies flipping through the pictures, salivating and yearning to satisfy their pallets in time for Thanksgiving; I need to raise $7,500 before summer’s end – Yetunde Taiwo, Afropolitan Chef
