Dear Friends, Fans, Observers and Well Wishers,
As you celebrate the miracle of this special season, may your heart be filled with joy and peace. May Jesus, the reason of the season and the blessing of Christmas, guide your heart always.
I thank you for joining me on my journey this year. 2015 has been full of valleys and mountains. I thank God for all. Notable musical/artistic milestones for me include the release of my debut album ‘Organically Singing’ in July and being an opening act for ‘Lagbaja’ at the Variety Playhouse in May.
To God, I’m grateful. To you, my family and friends, I say thank you for your continued support. Let us look forward to new connections, new horizons, new projects in 2016. It has been a very blessed year and I am very grateful. Here is a token of my appreciation, my Christmas gift to you; it is a free download of ‘Olugbala’ – a Christmas single I wrote a little while back. Download here and feel free to share.
I hope 2015 was good for you too and I pray in faith that 2016 will be better. It is my hope that in 2016, you will absolutely dominate your unique space of inspiration and influence.
(a paraphrase of words used by MsUdoak, loved the expression)
Enjoy a happy holiday season full of family quality time, friends and fun! As we prepare to enter into the new year, I wish you all a restful break and a successful 2016.
Enjoy these two simple videos I did recently for 2 songs off the album – ‘Te Amo’ and “Jiji Moji’
Jiji Moji (I’m awake) is a song to start the day off right, thanking God for life. Take time during the rush of the holidays to enjoy the things in life that really matter.
Te Amo (I love you) – Let the message and power of love latch on to your heart and soul.
Love, Peace and Beautiful Afro Music,
Tosinger.

GHANA’S ROCKY DAWUNI GOES FOR GRAMMY GOLD
Cumbancha artist Rocky Dawuni‘s latest album, Branches of the Same Tree has just been nominated for a GRAMMY in the Best Reggae Album category. Dawuni, the only non-Jamaican artist in the running this year and the first Ghanaian to be nominated, is up against some of the heavyweights of modern reggae with his Billboard Top 10 album.
Reflecting on the prestigious nomination, Dawuni says that he feels, “truly honored and at the same time humbled. I’ve always focused on giving my best in my work and it’s a good feeling to know that it is being appreciated. I am grateful for the recognition. Branches of the Same Tree is about stressing the common roots that we all share in this human family. It inspires the listener to aspire to a place of hope. It’s about having faith in the power of compassion and oneness.”
The final ballots to determine the GRAMMY winners are due by January 15th, 2016. If you are a voting member, we encourage you to include Rocky Dawuni on your ballot. The 58th Annual GRAMMY Awards will broadcast live on CBS on Monday, Feb. 15, 2016, at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
Wishing Rocky Dawuni all the best.

African Elegance Meets Paris Chic!
AYISSI NGA Joseph-Marie aka JJ DU STYLE is a fashion designer who creates very chic street wear. The French/Cameroonian designer whose father was a tailor, has decided to follow the footsteps of pioneer Cameroonian fashion designers such as Imane Ayissi and Martial Topolo by creating his own clothing line called ‘WAZAL’ which was launched in 2005.
In 2006, he launched his first designs which are worn by celebrities like SINGUILA, Alpeco, WAYNE BECKFORD, ROMARIC Koffi and Lalcko. His brand “WAZAL” is a blend of “WAZA”, the name of a natural park in the extreme north of Cameroon and the letter “L” which stands for Lion, the Cameroonian symbol of power.
ABOUT WAZAL COUTURE:
WAZAL COUTURE fashion line that expresses innovations, new styles and creativity. Mixing various colors and prints, he adds and blends other materials/fabrics such as pure cotton, denim jean, wax, leather, fur, synthetic to create a blended ambiance. He got his professional training from VANESSA RUIZ fashion school in Paris and he later on specialized in creating tuxedo jackets. The first collection was in 2013 – “Tete fly.”
In 2013, he was part of the guests of the Ambassador of Cameroon to Paris for the exhibition of the feast of the Cameroonian youth and the Fashion Night Lounge at the Elysee Palace in Paris, where he presented his three concepts: WazalRock, fly Tété and Africafutur.
These concepts are based on values that symbolized his career: Daring, Respect and Creation. Wazal’s cuts and designs are impressive, modern and trendy.
His 2015 collection of tuxedo jackets inspired by a Cameroonian slang, “tété” means wealthy (bourgeois) chic.
